Grove is a flexible recurring service. We'll send you a reminder email before your next scheduled order ships, allowing you to add items, remove items, or skip the month entirely.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit.
How do you handle shipping and carbon offsets?
We offer carbon-neutral shipping on every order. Shipping is free for VIP members on orders over $29, and for standard members, shipping rates are calculated based on order size.
